Can you hear me now?

I'd say she is . . . unconventionally.

I wonder if Atsali is singing?

I can understand her need to practice flirting, but I think she could read a Chilton's manual to Nadette and she'd get turned on...

Actually I suspect she could read accounting textbooks to Nadette and get much the same result . . .

I forget what movie that was, but I remember one where someone was reading either the newspaper or some financial paper of some sort to an infant, to get it to calm down (or was it to make it fall asleep?) When asked about it, he said it didn't matter what the material read was, all that mattered was the soothing tone...

yep I remember a MASH episode, where the colonel had to take care of viet kids... neither knew the language, so he read out a 'vehicle maintenance manual' like it was a kids story.. :)

The nurse said later, " you must come again, they *loved* your story!!"

And then there's Mr. Rogers, who invited small children into his home and started taking off his clothes...

... and they made a TV series out of it...

Sure, all he took off was a sweater or jacket...

Also there's the simple fact that censoring something makes it dirty...

In much the same way the Vincent Price could read a phone book and send chills down your back. Its all in the tone of voice. I also got a feeling if she keeps talking like that she will be doing it in a couple of seconds. I leave it to the mind of the student what it is.

And the kids in our audience are asking, "What's a phone book?"

I prefer Christopher Lee's reading of The Raven. I actually get goosebumps from that.
