Monica's really not making a case for Cricket to not run from her. Sure Mon might not obliterate her, but she there is a very real chance that she'll start blabbering all her old lady problems at Cricket for hours on end.
Goth Wolf wrote:and yes folks the penny has finally dropped hasn't it Monica?
I don't think she's really learning anything new here. I think mostly she's just venting her inner monolog in front of a captive audience who is busy trying not to say the wrong thing and be eviscerated.

Tin Woodsman: What have you learned, Dorothy?
Dorothy: Well, I - I think that it - it wasn't enough to just want to see Uncle Henry and Auntie Em - and it's that - if I ever go looking for my heart's desire again, I won't look any further than my own back yard. Because if it isn't there, I never really lost it to begin with! Is that right?
lake_wrangler wrote:That's what I thought, but... doesn't Paul also post the comic's title, on his facebook page?
This time... he didn't.
Yeah... I was tempted to start today's thread as "Title TBA" and edit it later, but I knew there was a chance I wouldn't be back online until now (7am Wapsi tine), I chose not to.
