There are some echoes, but that conversation was between adults and Barbara and Mindy are HS seniors, so there is a slightly different "vibe". But there is a similar "Being Judged for Your Boobs" tenor.
Also, technically she wasn't built "like a 3 YO" until she was a 3 YO, so not her entire life, just the last 14 years of it.
