Last time I went there I didn't need a dimensional portal to get to California, just a mundane airliner. The trip to Utah had what looked like a Hellmouth in southern CO on the outbound leg, but nothing like that on the homebound leg.Catawampus wrote:some separate plane from our reality, such as the Library or the Demon Realm or California?

I ride my bike to ride my bike, and sometimes it takes me where I need to go.

Don't need that . . . the airline just knows where the portal is.Catawampus wrote:Hey, the MiB can be pretty sneaky. . .Opus the Poet wrote:Last time I went there I didn't need a dimensional portal to get to California, just a mundane airliner.
Last time I went, I drove and the portal was just north of Sacramento.
It took us back to the 60s too . . . tie-dye and the Grateful Dead.

That's the Messerschmidt (in front) isn't it? Haven't seen one of those in several years. Used to be place here that had a number of cars like that.Hansontoons wrote:[Perhaps one of these would help getting there?
No . . . went to California with a friend on Memorial Day weekend 1993, and when we pulled into a rest stop just north of Sacramento, there was a guy playing the bongos, and classic-type hippes wandering all over, and several VW vans painted with the classic hiippie paint jobs (flowers and the like) . . . looked downright odd on a Vanagon.Opus the Poet wrote:You read Jane's World doncha? What if Devyn is an aromantic asexual?Akeche wrote:I'm not sure why she needs to be hit by a clue by four, seeing as Devyn isn't making a lick of sense.
With her empathic ability, that would be all manner of uncomfortable.
The only way it could be worse is if she were also sex-repulsed.
