And years from now, when it's time for a new assistant Librarian, we'll know who will fill the role...

Paul has already hinted Castela will be a bit of a loose cannon in the future.

The really bad part is what will happen when Castela is being influenced by Nudge, a puckish prankster half-elf, and an omnidisciplinarian mad scientist with access to unstable chemicals and sufficiently analyzed magic.

And you thought the madboy under the hood was trouble...

Okay - now i'm thinking of when Maxima caught one of Harem and gave her an atomic wedgie.

The cascading chaos in ARCSwat HQ as all of Harem felt what the others were feeling as they stumbled, ran into things, etc., in a feedback loop was wonderful.

So, how much Icelandic does Castella speak, anyways?

She uses "tanta" (aunt) on a fairly regular basis.

She's been using that since she became "more than a throw-in character" in August of 2013.

Well, I'd say that punishment was successful . . .

Now let's see if Nadette adds to it by telling Atsali how scared she was . . .

And those are definitely gray hairs.

White.

White hairs, and very distinguished-looking they are.

Reflecting on what seems to be the atypical actions of coach Adler, did it occur to anyone else that this might have been a sting operation set up by Adler and Kathrine?
The Para community has brains and experience available far beyond the mundane. Might this have been an engineered incident designed to keep Atsali on the straight and narrow?
