She HAS changed a great deal from the unconfidant, lacking in experience, desperate for adventure and acceptance bookworm who bum rushed Kath into a near death outing. But that's not a bad thing. I'd point out Monica did the same. I kind of miss super-nerd Monica who danced around her living room in joy after receiving a shipment of vacuum tubes, ululating in binary; but Jaguar Girl Monica, struggling against her sociopathy and trying to heal her wounded soul, is also pretty interesting...

♫ Vesparado ♫
Why don't you come to your senses
You've been out jumpin' fences, flyin' off of the hills
Oh you hate Nadette's teasing
But I know she's got her reasons
You can understand her meaning, if only you will. ♫

Pun Vault is doubly sad because not only did you pun through a great song, it's one that the late great Glen Frey helped write - though no one's sure if it was for Joe Walsh or Don Henley...

While Monday comics have been coming out early on Sunday afternoons, at times, they never have come out that early... On the other hand, there have been some Saturday cartoons, in the past, if I'm not mistaken...

I guess time will tell.

...

But if when it does, will we understand what language time speaks in? :?
Wouldn't you know... Time told, and not only did AmariloJim hear it, he understood the message!

That sort of thing tends to happen in comics. There's even a trope name for it; early installment weirdness.

For example, remember when Momo was first introduced in Questionable Content? http://questionablecontent.net/view.php?comic=1298
But she's all prim and proper as of her second appearance.

She was all prim and proper in her first appearance.

But look at who got to tell her what's proper in that household.

Ah, but Momo was much less likely to mention the thing with the eels after her second appearance and is officially a closet pervert (at least according to tv tropes).

Momo downloaded the library's entire collection of Victorian pornography shortly after she started working there.

NO!

Really?

I usually discuss QC on the Misfile forum, actually.

Which - that we were aware, or that QC has its own forum?

She turned beet red and had steam come out of her ears, I am aware. Hell, I linked that one and a few others when someone brought up the idea of robots and androids blushing on tumblr.

Though, I was unaware of the QC forum. Does 'Alice Grove' have a forum, too?
