no, we've already seen that Nadette's eyes are on Atsali's butt... that would mean that Lily would be staring at her ASS instead. i don't know of any comment like that which applies to someone staring there instead of ones face.

Given the extremely casual dress code in the Library (remember Monica meeting Euryale?), I'm surprised that Atsali, much less Nadette, have much concern for being in the buff alone a hundred miles from anywhere. I can see her holding on the Atsali as a means of escape, but the skin suit is overdoing thing a bit.

There's actually a good reason for that. Anything too loose would have acted like a sail and thrown Atsali's flying off, possibly leading to a crash. Also, anything baggy would have let all the cold air in. Nadette being a skinsuit gives the best of both worlds as far as both aerodynamics and insulation goes.

(That's not stopping her from turning into a sundress now, But seeing as Atsali is still not wearing any underwear, that means she'd be flopping about in an uncomfortable fashion with every step or change in stance. The skinsuit is still the most practical solution.)

No... a parachute would have been most practical... or a parachute sized blanket. I think Nadette went with most beneficial to Nadette...

It may be as simple as they were both scared stupid and could not rightly remember that happened. Also, they were both under the influence of other forces near that time. Nadette was channeling the Senator and Atsali had just dropped her rage monster. The transition to normal thought may not be instant or quick in those circumstances.
