Yeah, you'd think she'd have gone all bird-feet. But then again, I don't think Nadette would have transformed into a full bodysuit that fast, either.
I suspect the final panel was done after a brief "OMG I'M NAKIE!" moment, and Atsali was able to reform with just her wings... and Nadette went into "autocover"mode.

Nah. When Berdine and Nadette transform into things like hats or balloon animals the excess amount of them basically goes into Hammerspace or somewhere.
Right now Nadette consists entirely of a layer of spandex. Tight spandex.

I suspect Lydia knows a lot more about these things than we do. After all she has Ninja's! So Sali should talk to her about suitable items that can adjust to her changes. Lydia would probably take it as a challenge to design a bra for her.
Ambush questions are fun. Watching the mental impact of them as they distort, or crumble, opinions based on faulty logic.

Considering Nadette's prior behavior, I wouldn't be surprised if Atsali's soon bright red across the upper chest just below the collarbone.

there is no need to "explain" anything to Lydia, she provides services to the Jaguar girl with phoenix powers, this is nothing out of the ordinary for the ninjas
