And she throws Nadette over her shoulder to go to her cave and engage in celebratory cuddles. :ugeek:

What, you thought she was going to drag 'dette by her hair? She's not a cave man!

Well, there was the promise of an ice cream cone, in yesterday's comic... One must always fulfil their promises, no matter how enthusiastically...

Nadette's reaction makes me wonder if she has seen something in her visions about this.

There's plenty of evidence to suggest that that particular image in pop culture is highly inaccurate (it's from Hollywood, go fig). It's been suggested that both Neanderthal and primitive man were matriarchal.
EDIT: From some particularly ancient statues, we know Egypt started out as a matriarchy. Though when it switched over to patriarchy is unclear. Some scholars suggest that it was when the Amun priesthood rose to power in the religious sphere of ancient Kemetian life.

That's great!

What's the Flight Club?

Maybe now we can find that out. Hopefully 'Sali isn't going to run into prejudice there because she's 'just' a Siren.

What I'd like to know, is where exactly does the Flight Club go, to practice flying the paranormal-friendly skies... :?

I wonder where the school does its flight team practice and events? It's not really something that you could do indoors unless you have a really spacious facility, and having the kids buzzing around over Minneapolis probably wouldn't be the best idea. Perhaps a stadium on some isolated island, with an overwatch of sharp-eyed flying critters keeping alert for approaching boats and some teams of mermaids patrolling around for any submarines.

I think that she's just having the whole mental-gears-have-jammed experience. The past couple of times where she got all seer-y, her eyes looked normal enough.

She's winding up the air-raid siren?

And it's fun to give kids aneurysms. It's good for them: the cerebral haemorrhaging helps relieve mental pressure and reduces hormone levels in the blood.

We don't get to know that. The first rule of the Flight Club is that you don't talk about the Flight Club.

MIB may have arranged for a timeshare use of Area 51. Any civilians seeing paranormal flight activity would necessarily misattribute it to secret government projects and/or alien activity. Most wouldn't try to investigate further, for fear of being subjected to relentless anal probing and/or even more relentless IRS tax audits.

There are more places than that . . . there are a surpriosing number of places that see very little human activity, and if the local residents are either paranormals or paranormal-aware, it's not that hard.

I can't decide if that's mental glitch, or trying to not laugh at the way Katherine is trolling Atsali.

Well, while people may have somewhat feared the IRS before, once it became known that the IRS agents were descendants of Erik the Awful, that fear has turned into a downright fright!

At this point, Sali only has an offer. I'm guessing she is either seeing Sali won't actually make the team or does make the team and it occupies her free time to the point of putting a severe damper on their relationship.

Only an offer? If that was the case, wouldn't she have said that Atsali is welcome to the tryouts, or something to that effect?

No. They offered her a spot on the team. She is accepted into the team. (At least, that's how I read it...)
