It's an offshoot of the Calendar Machine time loop thing. Every thirteen years the comic resets to a new busty paranormal gal and her friends. In 2027 Mr. Taylor will shift focus to some of those kids in Castela's kindirtgarden class and their adventures, and then in 2040 it will focus more on Atsali and Nadette's kids. . .

From what i understand two females can create a child- it will be female as well as you'd need the other chromosome to create a male child...

(But of course, w/ the twins' grandma's help, anything might be possible.)
