Just a good FPPOV chase scene.
I ride my bike to ride my bike, and sometimes it takes me where I need to go.

The paper maker is the basest of all creatures. He deprives the beggar of his rags to make white sheets for editors to lie on.

She's an evil little thing.
I love her.
But Shelly pulled basically the same thing on her a while back.

I think i met a close relative of hers before. The i'm bored sounds so familiar.

I really should stop reading these at three in the morning... it's damned hard to contain laughter at something like this!!!
You know that light at the end of the tunnel?
Yeah... it's a bullet. Sorry.

True enough! Hand her a balero and she'll be quietly engaged for hours!lake_wrangler wrote:Apparently, it doesn't take much to entertain Connie...

And here we see the danger of Shelly involving Connie in irritating Phix. Connie then turns around and irritates Shelly. Hilarity ensues. Maybe Connie and Nudge could coordinate, each one hack off Shelly and Phix is separate locations simultaneously, and set up a figure eight type chase in which they cross paths and trade chase partners sequentially.
Shelly works in the Library now? I thought she just hung out there so she could be near Phix and enjoy the recreational facilities. Like being able to hold naval battles inside.

Well, so far, all we see her doing is either taking a book from a shelf, or putting it back. That does not mean she's working there (I'm guessing she's still involved with Punk Yoga...) It could simply be that she is ... GASP! reading books!eee wrote:Shelly works in the Library now? I thought she just hung out there so she could be near Phix and enjoy the recreational facilities. Travelling music, perhaps, but does it really make for good chasing music? I'm not so sure. Well, OK. Perhaps a Dukes of Hazzard type car chase, down South...
Incidentally, I have absolutely nothing against that song: every time it's been linked, here, I took the time to let it play fully.
By the way, you might enjoy listening to this act, which was in the suggestions on the side when I played your link. Hard to believe a 10 year old can play the banjo that well! (And his brothers are good, too!)
Listen to them again here, or here, or here...
Even at 9 years old, that kid had no problem playing... (I like the interaction between him and the band they played with, that day...) Here they are, that same year, on the Dave Letterman show...
Wow! Here's a video of the kid at 8 years old...
And here's a short, interesting documentary on them.
Now they're older, and their style has changed a bit, but they are still quite the talented group!
I just subscribed to their channel. I may just have to look for their CDs.

After a night's sleep I decided Connie was in need of some physical activity. Being chased by Shelley filled the bill nicely.
