Sweetie, life is what happens while you're busy making other plans.
=======
Phix giggled... EEEE!
======
...also, when you have anything with horns by the horns, about all you can do is hang on until (you hope) it wears itself out.
{L Sprague deCamp once told a story about his grandfather and a semi-domesticated stag that involved him lying on his back hanging on for dear (sorry) life to the deer's ears for hours before someone came looking for him...}

Doesn't it just . . .
And looking at Phix in panel one, I don't think she was expecting that . . .

"Rabid kale"
Pickle, take whatever comfort you can in the fact that you are unique. There are very few among your contemporaries who can compare themselves to a hydrophobic vegetable, and really mean it.

Not only will life put you in check but if you not running at a brisk pace it will be mate the next move. I have found that life is much like a tiger, the problem is not grabbing it but turning that SOB loose again.

You know that light at the end of the tunnel?
Yeah... it's a bullet. Sorry.

If you have ANYTHING by the horns, just remember that the horns are now pointing at you.

Your comment reminds me of a scene from Disney's Jungle Book (the original, animated one)jeffepp wrote:If you have ANYTHING by the horns, just remember that the horns are now pointing at you.

If your name is Junuka, that doesn't seem to be a problem...jeffepp wrote:If you have ANYTHING by the horns, just remember that the horns are now pointing at you.

I will point out that that's a mask made from some sort of skull.

Nice to see Phix.
Am curious to see who else might show up and where the meandering eventually leads...

Hooking Castela up with Connie and Nudge might have Far-Reaching Implications...

And maybe at some point Phix drops the revelation that she used to play guitar.

Well, she already seems to socialise plenty with Nudge. Spending time at the Library with her, chatting with her on the phone, probably more.AnotherFairportfan wrote:Hooking Castela up with Connie and Nudge might have Far-Reaching Implications...
