she will learn in time not to let anyone know those or her ticklish spots either.

Being social would be soooo much easier if it weren't for all the darned people! Atsali's right, it's just not fair...

That's why i really love to live in big cities - i don't have to interact with anyone but i'm still surrounded by people.

How are you getting the newest page before it becomes the front page? The home page still shows yesterday's page.

That sometimes means that there is a "stale" web cache between you and the main Wapsi Square web server. Hitting "refresh" on the page, or navigating away from it and then clearing your browser's cache, will sometimes fix that.

Another trick is to navigate backwards in the archive by a day or so... and then use the "next day" forward-linking button repeatedly. This can take you to the current day's strip in the archive, even if the main page hasn't updated yet or is "stale" in a cache somewhere. Or, bring up the archive index and scroll to the bottom and go to the current day's strip directly.

None of these tricks always works, but one or another often does the trick.

"Devious", i'd say - " Conniving" is more plotting and conspiring; there's a solitaire version of "devious".

Either Atsali is wearing a talisman, or she's learning more self-control . . . her wings didn't pop out at the mention of foot massage.

I find a **better browser** and adblock works - never had web page probs - could well be caused by a badly written ad script...

If you just want good functions a web browsing, and are sick of firefox changing everything almost every day, (Its seems to me that it is just for the 'look at me I'm the *latest* fast and fancy' crowd.. :\ )

Try PaleMoon, A 'fork' of the open source firefox code, made for those who prefer to look at webpages, not show off! :D

there are other versions for those 'in the know' of course..

No. It is almost certainly a stale cache somewhere up the line. (Or possibly an unrefreshed cache on one's own computer - which simply reloading the page should fix.) That is the most common cause of such things.

I have observed the same thing at different times with Firefox, Chrome and Opera (and not the "Chrome-with-a-sort-of-Opera-like-wrapper" version of "Opera")

I'm using my phone, actually. I wonder if I need to close all the tabs and then try again?

Actually, I do that... and I usually don't have problems seeing the page as early as anyone else (I even catch it before anyone, at times...) But I tend to leave the tab open to the last page but not the home page. So when I hit Refresh, I will see the Next arrow being available, and will then click on it.

It was a (very) rare occasion when I could not see, upon refresh, a page which someone else was able to see as newly posted. So I don't think it would have to do with leaving it on and the browser open.

Well, this time, I saw the new page. I'm surprised there isn't a thread for it yet.
