Phix of people should not be surprised or confused. This is taking place inside a library, and not just any library, but THE LIBRARY. Libraries are where they keep the books. Books are where history and fantasy meet and come to life. As a Librarian (let alone the Librarian) she should recognize what happens when the clients get caught up in a good book.
Where are we going and why am I in this handbasket?

That is all true however having one of the other librarians fire a coastal battery gun in your general direction as well as several members of your family would cause one to consider taking action before things get out of hand. Tomahawks can carry nuclear weapons and that could cause someone to have a bad day.meisdadoo wrote:Phix of people should not be surprised or confused. Now for my question of the day, does Connie actually have a wishbone?

Only if her two clavicles are joined at mid-point instead of attached at the top of the sternum...

Well, as long as she doesn't do it in the BUFF... quite a wingspan...Just Old Al wrote:She really needs to lay off that stuff - it gives her dreams like that by the BocksCar...Sgt. Hey, how often do you get to make a pun using the names of nuclear weapons delivery systems?
Edited for those that might have thought different kind of buff...

I did the "Little Miss Phix-It" nose art a couple years back; it's taken from Phix's dive to catch Nudge as she's falling after crashing out though one of the Library windows...

They look like they'd make good Decepticon alt-modes.

Re: At The Ready 2016-04-06
to me they look like either bomb loader vehicles for under-wing munitions, or maybe loaders for some extra fuel tanks. the one in the center looks like it is too tall to go under the fuselage to get a single bomb up inside, so that implies that it goes on the out side... but then would they show off only one of them if it is for stuff under the wings that would be off balance if they only loaded one vs/ two? yet they show off two of the other vehicles that are in the back, under the wings already??Gyrrakavian wrote:What are the vehicles perched under the wings?

Looks like outboard stores pylons loaded with maybe Walleye missiles and the whole thing on a handling cart.Gyrrakavian wrote:What are the vehicles perched under the wings?Hansontoons wrote: Well, as long as she doesn't do it in the BUFF... quite a wingspan...

MHU-some-number-or-another (called munitions handling units or munitions lift trailers), from what I remember of the times I've visited Diego Garcia.Gyrrakavian wrote:What are the vehicles perched under the wings?
