Toldja she didn't look and had no idea what Atsali is wearing.

Here she comes, look at that, look at that
There she goes, look at that, look at that
And she got Stali extra clothes
Oh, yes, they call her the Streak
Look at that, look at that
Fastest thing on two feet
Look at that, look at that
She's just as proud as she can be
Of her girls anatomy
but the public don't need a peek
Oh, yes, they call her the Streak
Look at that, look at that
Shes not lettin Stali show off her physique
Look at that, look at that
If there's an audience to be found
She'll be streakin' around
Preventin public critique
(with apologies to Ray Stevens)

So.. Do her big black eyes actually mean she's blind? Cause I've always wondered why they looked kinda odd.

My theory is she just has really big pupils. The irises are probably a very dark color as well, seeing as the iris is visible in the magnifying glass.TheCollector wrote:So.. Do her big black eyes actually mean she's blind? Cause I've always wondered why they looked kinda odd.
Besides, I seriously doubt she's blind. Especially since she has been seen using a magnifying glass, which is traditionally utterly useless to a blind person except perhaps as a bludgeon or something.

Re: Not a Dress 2016-03-17
I was afraid Katherine wasn't paying attention . . .
I was concerned about people (mostly male people) perceiving messages and social cues Atsali didn't know anything about . . .
I knew someone (someone a lot like Atsali: busty and innocent) that happened to: between where she was and the way she was dressed, somebody thought she was a hooker . . . fortunately one of her friends who was there understood and ran the guy off.

I have to admit, I'm somewhat relieved that it was a case of not paying attention, rather than not caring... (But really, Katherine, you really should pay attention to people who are talking to you!)
I'm also guessing that Katherine most likely was not there at the moment this outfit was purchased (whether by Atsali, or by Nadette, as a gift to Atsali...)

Somehow I doubt that top was purchased as a top- she just found out it could (sorta) work that way... one good sneeze would have made a KODAK moment...lake_wrangler wrote:I have to admit, I'm somewhat relieved that it was a case of not paying attention, rather than not caring... Given the way the top and bottom match, on the link provided for us by jwhouk yesterday, my money's on it being sold as a "complete" outfit (for a certain definition of "complete"), or at least as a mix-and-match among similar items.Sgt. Given how self-conscious and body-conscious she is, that would have made her learn a whole new level of embarrassment...Sgt. Howard wrote:one good sneeze would have made a KODAK moment...

In a later thread, it was determined that Kath was a "true" chimera - six babies that combined into one. It explains her pupils and, to a certain extent, her intelligence level. And maybe even her mom voice.

Lanthian dress standards must have been... interesting, to judge from what Lily is saying.
Yes indeed. Kudos! I am surprised she'd be that careless. But evidently she's still a bit inexperienced at being a mom, however much natural talent she has.AnotherFairportfan wrote:Toldja she didn't look and had no idea what Atsali is wearing.

I've suggested that, whatever else, we always see three reflection highlights in each eye, which totals to six.
And she has six souls, even if they are melded into one.
