That raises an extremely interesting point... Did Atsali have a period of carb- and protein-loading prior to her overnight puberty? That was a lot of growth, it would require a massive amount of fuel and material...

Unless she ate a whole turkey the night before, bones and all, I'm wondering where all that mass was before the growth spurt hit. According to word of God, not only did Atsali gain girth in certain places, she also gained height. That means she had a huge amount of bone growth. She would need proteins for building the muscle, fats for filling out, carbs and sugars for fueling the process, and calcium for building bones. Lots of everything, because no process is lossless. And even more when we take into account how she isn't actually human, her true form is hidden behind a glamour. So maybe a couple turkeys' worth of fuel/building supplies?

Taking into account how Atsali didn't look emaciated after her insta-puberty, AND how she didn't go to bed with a horrendously distended stomach, I'd have to say she put all the food she had to have eaten beforehand behind the glamour along with the extra mass of her true form.

So... Maybe her true form had gained a fair amount of weight to store energy and building material, but that change wasn't reflected in Atsali's glamour form. According to my calculations, she gained about twenty pounds in breast tissue alone. Add the weight from added bone mass, muscle, general size change, AND include weight for fuel... Wow...

That's my best guess.
