The only change this nosy nitpicker might make, would be to change the last word of the second line from "can" to "may"... or maybe change the phrase to "fae girl may".

And if she's attacked by a Capuchin monkey, and zaps it with some sort of light-beam, that would be a fae ray.

We saw the exterior of the Library (or at least part of it) back when Nudge threw herself out a window to goad Phix into flying after her and saving her, thereby showing us - and her - she wasn't the heartless, evil monster she thought she was. IIRC the Library is on several interconnected planetoids floating in their own dimension. It's a VERY big place.

There is no reason to believe that any of those other structures were parts of the Library, or that only the Library existed in that dimension.
