When I type "Hmmmmm", it hardly incorporates the 'in the room' sub-sonic component.

PS, Once, when I had a cold, I was able to get a complimentary, reinforcing reberb harmonic in a movie house lobby, in Berkeley, Ca (*Shattuck Ave...).

Dude... please be careful where you point that thing! I live a full 60 miles south from where it seems to have resonated. The P-wave woke me up out of a sound sleep.

My wife just got a call from a friend of hers who was visiting her parents' home in Napa... power is out, everything's a mess, and four houses in their neighborhood burned down

Here's a hint: said introspection has to do with commercialization.
Should I add an additional hint to let someone else answer the question?

Well, now, that's quite the big hint!

But now that I check it out, it's not quite accurate. Close, but not quite accurate. Once the answer is given, I'll be able to elaborate (unless the person who answers also elaborates, of course...)

Yeah, that's a big one, all right.

Okay, Shelly is talking about the corn husk angels she and her mom made: http://wapsisquare.com/comic/cornhuskangels/

And the elaboration: What Castela was given, was described as a corn husk doll (singular, and not specifically an angel), and said to have been made by Shelly for Castela. The angels, I imagine Shelly retains. (Though I also imagine she may not feel quite the same about them. Here's hoping we'll see more about Shelly and how she relates to her parents, since the revelations.)

Okay, a question. EDIT: I'm just not good at this ... that one was already asked ...

... hang on ...

Meh. Who's the air guitar player?
perl -e 'print "Just another Perl ${\(trickster and hacker)},";'

The Sidhekin proves that Sidhe did it!

Hmm. I never thought about how the emotional connection to the corn husk angels might not be the same, now that she knows about her mom being alive, after all... But yes, I do believe she probably still has them.

Incidentally, here is where Castela mentions the corn husk doll.

I was going to start looking again into the earlier strips, to see if any of the bands were actually airbands, then I remembered Atsali...

Q: In one strip (and possibly more, but I'm thinking of one in particular), someone is being described as a drama queen. Who is it?

Like I said, it's quite possible that more than one person, at different times in this comic, so any link which validates any other instance of this will be accepted as an answer.

Edit: in fact, I'm pretty sure there are several people who have been labeled "drama queen", over the years in this comic. The one I'm thinking of is probably one of the earliest instances.

Jacquiline. As opposed to Shelly, who was described as a sexually charged V8.

Do I have to look for the link, now? Or is my context sufficient to satisfy you that I didn't pull it out of thin air?

Jacquline is correct. What is your question?

Turns out I wouldn't have had to look for it long, if I had gone looking through the various comics I've bookmarked as potential quiz question comics... I had that one bookmarked for future use.

Next question soon.

By the way, if it wasn't clear before, one only needs to ask if their answer is the right one if one does not provide a corroborating link. Short of a link, one should, ideally, provide enough context to their answer to satisfy the one who posted the question, and wait for the original poster to claim satisfaction.

In your case, Sidhekin, you provided the link that corroborates your claim, so you can safely post your question.

Sorry; I just wasn't sure that was sufficient linkage or even the correct answer. (That strip is not proof that Simone is an employee. We don't see her working; we don't really know why Shelly would assume Simone knew where Darren was ...)

Ah well: Who was quoting Macbeth?
