Ok. One steamin' hot pan of Italian Enchiladas coming right up. Will even offer a side of Groat Clusters, MMmmmm good! And iffn someone could recommend a nice wine to go with it, I will follow up with an additional donation.

And no joke about the enchiladas, mix spaghetti sauce with browned sausage, place healthy spoonful of mix onto a tortilla, roll to make enchilada, arrange them in pan, cover with additional sauce and cheese of choice, cover and bake. Easy and satisfying!

I ordered enchiladas once at a dyslexic restaurant. They had four legs, spines, and chased ants. Their little beady eyes and tiny nose looked cute, though.

The petting zoo next door was even weirder.
