Not sure, bit my money is on Monica. I think we can add "know your innermost desire, even the one you've kept from yourself" to the Jaguar Girl's list of powers.

That's probably pretty close, except I think it's more along the line that Tina shattered Jett's armour and exposed an aspect of her self she was hiding from everyone, including herself.

Monica, keyed up to fight, picked up on that and and did some sort of telepathic/ empathic thing with Georgette. M is apparently still figuring out her powerset

The big point is who caused it? Did Monica's abilities connect to Georgette? Did Georgette send to Monica? Or was it done by both of them together? This makes it clear it was a mental connection not physical..

If it was Monica it is the result of her poiting in while in combat mode. If it was Georgette then she does have some abilities to transmit, either empathic or telepathic. Can't wait to find out. If it is empathic then I get a cookie.

The fashion Police will be arriving shortly to arrest Monica. Pockets hanging out of the short, short cut-offs! Every net fashion maven has been dissing them lately. I don't care but they really do give a bad impression and look untidy.

It may be an aspect-of-self which is a terribly strong need... which would then be tied to a terrible fear of never having the need fulfilled.

As a leading model, Georgette has probably been living a life of constant publicity and exposure... and, quite possibly, almost no opportunity for real closeness with anyone. She's an icon and/or a property to most of the people she encounters.

We know she's quite unhappy with her current life... enough so to fantasize about abandoning her career and persona, and starting over. She may be terribly lonely, and afraid that the loneliness will never end.

Someone already mentioned that M could see "someone's deepest fear". Maybe Georgette is still in The Closet, and her deepest fear is that she meets a woman -like M- she just cánnot resist... Orr. M can álso see someone's "deepest wish/longing".

Both would work.

Oh, and isn't Jet's blushing the cutest thing ever? (except for kittens, that is)

Considering roles and logical sources, the emotional origin for this impassioned scene was Georgette. She was in the vulnerable state with her defenses down and her desires exposed. Monica was probably the receiver and projection source, taking in the images Georgette was leaking and translating them into a tactile image in either her or both of their brains. She arrived in an open combat state so she would be receptive to sensing her surroundings and not filtering them very well. But had no idea Georgette was there and so would not have any wild ideas prepared ahead of time. Monica doesn't change emotional states that fast without some preparation.

So the wild desire was coming from Georgette, but it was Monica that was making it seem real.

Then she needs a hero costume to change into!!! She can poit in and out of her clothes so changing time is not a problem. Let's toss ideas around for her costume.

It cannot have J G on the front of the shirt. I can just see where the initials would end being located. They would be mistaken for measurements, or sizes.
