Were that to happen in the EW, however, I can see the response being considerably more organized...and impactful. There are many individuals there that "don't study war no more" but will certainly not tolerate...this.

Reads like a cross between almost any Christopher Anvil {Or Eric Frank Russell} story and Johnathon Burkett's Sleeping Planet...
