Two Oreo pie crust
Cheesecake filling:
4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
Blend in milk, and then mix in the eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate.
Mix in sour cream, vanilla and flour until smooth.
Pour filling into prepared crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
Chill in refrigerator until serving. Serve with shaved mint chocolate and chocolate whipped cream.
For adults, I use a bit of Godiva Chocolate liqueur and sweetened heavy cream whipped until light and fluffy.
For kids, I kinda cheat and use chocolate reddi whip, or melt some Ghiradelli's Twilight Dream and whip it into sweetened heavy cream.

An Oreo isn't an Oreo without the creme. You can get chocolate cookies without going to all that trouble. I can honestly say that I'm not a fan of the cookie without the creme, and I can't stand the creme without the cookie. Together, they make one of my favorite cookies, but I definitively do not prefer one part over another.

I love my sweets, and love to share them as much as I do making them. There is also an alcoholic drink recipe I make for friends using oreos...
