I think Pablo said awhile back that events in the strip (at least at that point) were occurring ~3 years ago.

I think someone pointed out that MIB wouldn't allow anything as dangerous as The Orange Guy to rise to power in the Wapsiverse, so they have not had to suffer anything near as bad as what we went through the last 5 years. In their universe he's still a low-rated reality TV host.
