Don't think so - Leucosia was an active MiB agent - as we can see in the background - while Atsali ... isn't.

There is a certain 'Like Mother/ Like Daughter' aspect alright, but unless it's going to allude to the foreshadowed Literary Career we've been given to understand is in store for Atsali- that's Mom's codename, me thinks...
