Leucosia messing with Pickle's head to show her that she's still the same lovable goof she's always been - she just knows herself better.

Just checking to make sure Pickle's moral compass wasn't tumbled. Still points toward true good.
OK nerd check, what do you think Pickle's alignment is? Lawful, Neutral, or Chaotic Good? I can see her as CG or NG, but for some reason she just doesn't strike me as LG. When she has moral dilemmas Pickle is more concerned with people getting hurt than rules and regulations, which lines up with both NG and CG. I'm an CG myself, I UNDERSTAND LG, I just can't see allowing laws and rules to override what is best for the beings involved in the situation.

I'd bet on Chaotic Good.
There was a sequence in the
Evil DIva comic - The Dude {owner of "The Gate" coffeeshop - also God}, The Big Guy {the Devil}, Mr Virgil {high school guidance counsellor and general guide-behind-the-scenes of the community} and Loki {VIrgil's assistant/antagonist} were having coffee at an outside table at The Gate and discussing, basically, Diva.
I said at the time that i'd classify them, respectively as Neutral Good, Neutral Evil, Lawful Neutral and Chaotic Neutral.

I agree; Leucoisa is just reinforcing what Castela already knows about herself, that she is a really kind, and caring, individual. The most that Leucoisa is doing, is knocking away all those pesky blocks of self doubt.

She is "chaotic dweeb" with serious armor/attack enhancements...
