Umm...while not the most attractive running shoe (as if running shoes have ever been attractive), I refuse to acknowledge this claim to the title of Ultimate Ugly. I think that claim is still held by these things and all others like them:

I visualise a forensics team faced with prints left by two people, one wearing these and one wearing the ones i posted about.
