That's "Magical Transvestite Cherry" from tbe Footloose webcomic.
It's complicated. Steve isn't transexual, and he isn't gay. He just likes to wear girl's clothes.
And one day he just happened to be wearing girl's clothes and standing where the annoying pink talking cat who is the guide/companion of the current Magical Warrior Cherry Blossom expected to find a young girl to replace the one who had just died...
And then things got weird.
