Kiddo after seeing(and playing in) rare snowfall last night:

"More please. I haven't seen any since we moved."

We had our first snowfall a while back. Right now, the ground is covered in it.

The locals hereabout are mindful that visitors from more southern climes might be puzzled and alarmed by the mysterious cold white stuff that magically appears everywhere, and so they kindly label it for such persons.

I cant say I've had any snow at the lower elevations (Northern California) but earlier this week when I was straight north from where I am now, it was getting down to 25F overnight.

Say it with me: Caly Fern Eeya...

There are millions, if not hundreds of millions of people world wide who have no idea that water can get hard, much less what it looks like when it does!

Hey, from the stories my local paper runs every year, you'd think they'd never seen it before, either.
