Or a Cat In The Hat style hat, though admittedly, it is not striped...

The bottom portion also looks like eyes or glasses, but I can't quite figure out what the top portion would be, then...

There's an Arby's in Conway, AR that has a sign like that. Don't know if it's really that old, or if they had one made that looks like the original sign.

My brother used to call Arby's "the big ding dong place" when he was little. It took my mom a while to figure out what he meant.
