Usually, when I skim the news in the morning, I mostly sigh with disappointment and frustration.
Not this morning. This morning I wanted to cheer. In fact, I did cheer.
Leadership is not dead in America.

Yeah, saw that on the NYT site this morning. Makes my AF vet brother and cousins proud.

What I find odd is that the military has been pretty clear about their stance on racism for years, but only now does any of that make the news.

Told kiddos social studies teacher(who asked for parents to contribute noteworthy news and current events) about this, and said the entire school NEEDS to watch this.
