I think something in my left hip tore when I lifted my right foot to push the footrest of Kate's recliner down

Were you able to drive yourself to the ER? Sure hope it's something they can treat from the outside. Hang in there.

Could ha e, but Kate insisted I get Steve to do it - if only because j didn't have to walk half the parking lot.
