No, I believe that it's Celtic. It makes sense that Fae would speak the language of druids.

The problem with 'celtic' is it is like 'english' -- many different ways of saying things, that others do not understand(but the words are english!)... as I said above 'ancient english' is not irish celtic... and as for 'cymru', well...

Actually, it's more like 'germanic' - referring to any one of a number of languages that aren't necessarily within a hundred miles of being mutually comprehensible. (English is a germanic language. So are Dutch and Icelandic.)

English is half Saxon, half Norman French and heavily salted with everything it touches- As a language, it will follow other languages down dark alleys and mug them for vocabulary.
