Tall one with headband: Naruto, I'm guessing?
I think the one with the fiery bikini has been linked to from these forums before, but I forget who she is
guy on left: one of the Sailor Scouts (which one? don't know, don't care)
bear in back: same bear that one of the crew on the pirate ship was wearing, on Vandread, after the three guys became part of the crew

No idea who the others are.

The one with the Jolly Rodger hat comes closest to my having any inclination as to who they represent.

That said, this place is one of those I find I've had the 'My People!' experience...

Celtic Midori (Serutikku Midori) is another Megeran operator who has all sorts of costumes. She's mostly a cosplay person of the crew. Having now looked at the Wikipedia pages on the subject (*shudder*), I would have to say that based on the hair style of the wig, plus the black cat in the guy's arms, he is cosplaying the titular character Sailor Moon

So, who's the My Little Pony with the 3 Butterflies logo?

That would be Fluttershy.

More specifically, that fellow is Sailor Bubba, who has actually quite a following. To the point that he was the unofficial mascot of Anime Central at one point.

I thought the bear behind him was supposed to be a Pedobear, because he always seems to make an appearance at these things.

The one in the foreground in front of Sailor Bubba is the 'dark' version of Toad from Super Mario. You know how there's Wario, Mario's evil twin, and Waluigi, which is Luigi's counterpart? Yea, this is Toad's counterpart. And the mushroom with that particular design was the Poison Mushroom which would kill you if you picked it up, which wasn't seen in america until far later. Or it could just not be a cosplay attempt and is someone wearing a poison mushroom hat, which are also fairly prevalent. Or it could be a Kill La Kill cosplay.

Naruto is, of course, painfully obvious by having the metal plate on his head.

The one in the foreground from Naruto is probably just a fan wearing Persacon ears (from the painful series Chobits).

Dunno if the chick in the bikini is cosplaying as someone, doing an OC, or just dressing up for the occasion.

Ok, time for a quick change to Audrey and she fits right in. Timmy has now been forgotten.

I see lots of pictures of the bikini chick on my YTM app especially on techno music, usually carrying a big-ass sniper rifle. So there's an anime/manga she's in but danged if I know which one it is.

That would be Gurren Lagan. Odd that I know that, as I hadn't seen much of it, and that was years ago.

Specifically Yoko Litner. For some annoying reason most of the fanart of her happens to be pre-time skip while she's still in her mid teens (15 or 16). Post time skip she's in her early 20s.

Been there. Done that. Have the T-shirt. Several of them, in fact. And the name badges.

"Plushies, 5 / 8$" isn't bad, depending on the plushie.

(Castela, one does not lightly invoke the name of Dog. )

The cat also lacks Luna's golden crescent moon forehead marking. Sailor Bubba should of fixed that.

More than the cat or the costume details, though, the hair odangos are a dead give-away as to which scout he's cosplaying. Moon, of course.

Apparently Pickle has never been to a con before . . .

I wonder if Timothy has, and we're going to watch Timothy playing Wise Old(er) Hand to Castela's Clueless Young Novice?

I am surprised that we don't see Atsali and her group there, or Monica and/or Shelly. They are all as much the type of nerds that would be attracted by this!

But back to Castella: Does anyone else see the irony of a genuine superheroine attending an anime convention? I wonder if there are any Porta-Poos nearby, just in case?
