And here we see the danger of Shelly involving Connie in irritating Phix. Connie then turns around and irritates Shelly. Hilarity ensues. Maybe Connie and Nudge could coordinate, each one hack off Shelly and Phix is separate locations simultaneously, and set up a figure eight type chase in which they cross paths and trade chase partners sequentially.
Shelly works in the Library now? I thought she just hung out there so she could be near Phix and enjoy the recreational facilities. Like being able to hold naval battles inside.

I would just love to see that happen!

Well, so far, all we see her doing is either taking a book from a shelf, or putting it back. That does not mean she's working there (I'm guessing she's still involved with Punk Yoga...) It could simply be that she is ... GASP! reading books!

Travelling music, perhaps, but does it really make for good chasing music? I'm not so sure. Well, OK. Perhaps a Dukes of Hazzard type car chase, down South...
Incidentally, I have absolutely nothing against that song: every time it's been linked, here, I took the time to let it play fully.
By the way, you might enjoy listening to this act, which was in the suggestions on the side when I played your link. Hard to believe a 10 year old can play the banjo that well! (And his brothers are good, too!)
Even at 9 years old, that kid had no problem playing... (I like the interaction between him and the band they played with, that day...) Here they are, that same year, on the Dave Letterman show...
Wow! Here's a video of the kid at 8 years old...
And here's a short, interesting documentary on them.
