Yea that poor kid needs some serious help. Of course a kind ear will do wonders as well

I don't know whether (for different reasons) i'd say Monica, Bud or Shelly.

Or Phix.

Phix has the experience of having been a worse monster than Kristle likely was (or could have been); she might be the go-to for an initial evaluation and assignment...
