Where are they?

At first i figured Monica Island, but that vaguely looks like gym equipment in the background

yea i do but i figured these youngsters would have no idea what a telegraph was. sorta like my great niece, she was in the hospital this past summer and she had to show uncle mickey that the phone in her room had a cord on it all the time but it wasnt a good phone, her apps didnt work on it

Can't be certain but in panel three, given how Atsali's suddenly pushed up on her elbows and the hand placement of Nadette suddenly off the floor, looks like Atsali made the first move into that kiss and gave her a bit of surprise. Nice to see her making the moves for a change lol

Well, if it's just kissing, then I don't think that there's really anybody who her little sis could tell that would be surprised. They haven't exactly been subtle about their relationship, after all, and even started it officially with a big public smooch at the pool. Heck, half the people who know of them probably assume that they're doing much more than just kissing.

If they do end up with more than just kissing, of course, then that could be an awkward time for Castela--or anybody else, really, for that matter--to come wandering in.

Agreed in the most part all everyone else would take Castelas tale as conformation given what was said by the other sis
