Hi Folks,
As the audio application AUDACITY has become of interest to many forum contributors I'm going to place some Intro info, Links, and Tutorials in this thread.
I am middling in terms of Audacity-Fu, but there shouldn't be anything we cant tackle, and once resolved will add to the quiver of arrows that becomes our shared knowledge. There are No stupid questions, etc, etc.

PS- If you have questions and/or suggestions, Plz send them to me via PM, I'll incorporate the Q , &A, into the thread.

I am nowhere near an expert but I have used Audacity for a long time so I'll try to answer questions if I can.

If we were merely talking about the benefits and qualities of an awesome recording program, perhaps, but this thread is here, because it is a resource thread for those willing to take part in making a Radio Drama based on some of the fanfics from this forum. Hence the desire to keep it close to the fanfics, so that those who are interested and happen to need help with the recording software won't have to look far for the help.

I was off the net for a bit so Thx to LW for his correct reply, I wanted to add since it is indeed tied to the Fan Art output currently under development that this thread isn't about Better Audio (radios n' stuff) but focused on making Fan Art itself.

Yes, I sometimes specialize in redundancy... repeatedly...
