Shelly, Phix, Tina, Atsali... Lily.

Forgive me if I'm jumping to conclusions, but that's five central characters with wings. I only just now remember Lily had visibly demonstrated wings.

Tina's Partial Prophesy: "But I'm one of five winged beings prophesied to be..."

Am I late to the party in this realization? Because it just hit me like a ton of bricks.

Let's see... Shelly and Phix are blood relatives, Bia might be the common ancestor of Shelly, Phix, and Tina, Lily is an undead Anasazi, whose kinda-daughter adopted Atsali... And they all know Monica. Monica may be central to the Prophesy, seeing as Tina maybe hurting her seemed relevant enough to bring it up... And to say it in her "Grey Voice" which tends to talk about important stuff... I think Nudge was once the Grey Voice, but I think Tina still has it, so...?

(Sorry, I'm just trying to type out all of the stuff I can think of right now before I forget it...)

No, no, you may be on to something.

But the question is, what's the prophecy? And does it pertain specifically to the Jaguar Girl? And why was Tina so insistent that she needed to be killed?

By the way - I do believe that Tina's wings are "real". She may not have manifested full sphinx before her untimely demise as Tina 1.0, but her new version may be discovering that she's got morphing powers.

I always thought they were just a part of one of the demons sticking out. I think that's the current popular theory, at least. Didn't we name them Whitewing and Blackwing?

But Tina, a Sphinx? that would be most intriguing... Especially with how Phix treated her...

Well, maybe. Sphinxkind are predators, with an animalistic streak in them. Maybe they all treat each other like that.
Hmm... Didn't the other sphinxes of the Time Forest want to kill Shelly, but didn't try because they were too freaked out by Connie?

A sphinx, a half-Titan Sphinx, a half sex-demon half siren, a 5k year-old Anasazi vampire, and some kind of undead morpher (Sphinx?) ship run by the demonic rats... Who has been brought a step or two closer to true life by natural progression and interference by Bia...

Hmmm. If I had a beard, I'd stroke it pensively.

Ok, just stumbled across another possibility. I know the abrahamic religions aren't really mentioned in the Wapsiverse much, but I think only five Angels were named in the bible. Not sure.
Abaddon/Apollyon, the Angel of the Bottomless Pit
Beelzebub, Lord of the Flies
Satan/Lucifer, The Fallen One (I think that's his title?)
Gabriel, Man of God
Michael, Who Is Like God

Anybody out there who might know more about this subject to perhaps draw some connections?
