Congratulations to Mr. Houk for his efforts. He shows promise as a novelization author for hit movies. Remember to work from the final print, some of the Star Trek: TOS novelizations worked from the original screenplays which sometimes bore little to no relationship to what we saw on the screen.

I agree with Opus here. That is why I always saw movie novelizations as profitable Fan-Ficts. But the novel is still a great work.

I can appreciate the effort it took. But honestly, it needs proofreading. The narrative constantly shifts between past and present tense; once, it did that in mid-sentence. I just couldn't keep reading.

Please consider this constructive criticism; if you get it proofread, corrected and re-posted, I'll be happy to give it another go.

Try it again. I caught most of the tense slipups (that's my fault, not Pablo's).

I updated the novel - ouch, I didn't see some of the tense issues the first time around :O

Y'know, it might not hurt if I included the URL:

https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B9AJYQp ... R1d1E/edit

FYI: to download a copy into PDF format, drag your mouse to the top of your browser window, and select (Download).

If you can't get that to work, PM me for a direct hard copy.

All right, I've FINALLY gotten (I hope) the tense issues taken care of, and have officially released a "final" version of the novel - in two formats:

The "Ebook" (5.5"x8.5") format
The Full (Word Letter Format) Version

Enjoy!
