Meh, she runs with scissors to get attention, I imagine that the cigar is something similar. After all, it's not like she has lungs and other animal organs to worry about.
If I recall correctly, nicotine has some insecticidal properties so Pickle may actually benefit from tobacco products. vOv

I was thinking something similar...like maybe she hadn't yet grown out of that bad girl phase that Paul said she was in at age 17.
