Yes, it's Drama that's the issue here. Due to her mental-health problems, Jin lived Close To The Edge for a very long time indeed, and now that she's mostly human again she's feeling rather Fragile. She really doesn't want to be a Big Generator of problems for her friends, and so she's been Going For The One solution she could think of - just staying home. She'd surely Fly From Here if she thought her presence would lead to a Magnification of everyone's troubles.

With some Time And A Word from her friend Bud, and maybe some more Talk from her other friends (with Brandi saying "Open Your Eyes, girl!" and Monica being a Relayer of good advice from Phix) I'm sure she'll come back into Union with the rest of the gang.

(yes, I'm a prog-music nerd. no, I don't owe the Pun Jar for this... at least, I don't think they're puns, strictly speaking.)

Bud you cannot grab Jin's shirt that way and expect it to hold up under the stress. It might add even more to the exposure of information going on in this arc.

Either Jin is worried Bud might be holding grudges for all the ground yanking, or that Bud will return the favors.

I was thinking it was a reference to Bud being the goat part of the Chimera. She can turn into a goat, too, but hasn't done it since the GGG's early appearances.

I always think of Bud when I hear this adorably sad song: Goat Girl

I am pleased to see Bud has turned her attention to more productive pursuits like getting hammered rather than expressing her anger at Bia by hammering on her. Although I hope she remembers Jin is no longer indestructible and is careful with the rough housing.

I wonder who IS dealing with Bia. I would assume Tina wants to know what's happening to her and is asking great-grandma. And Nudge might be in attendance as well to find out what's going on. Phix... I doubt even Bia being a child again would be enough to cool Phix's anger. But since we're not hearing screaming and the sound of a body being repeatedly slammed against the ground, I would assume she's keeping hands off. For now.
