Naturally I thought of Spider-Woman for Katherine, but she's a Marvel heroine while the girls are Batman villains. So from that list, I suggest Katherine dress as Talia al Ghul. She's not quite as recognizable, but Katherine already has the white shirt, jodhpurs, and boots outfit and she can brush her hair over one eye. Legion of Super-Heroes member Dream Girl (Nura Val). Her sister, White Witch (Mysa Nal) also had white hair, at least for a while ...
(Current? me? other than Astro City and the Alan Moore stuff, I don't think I've bought a super-hero comic since last century ... the webcomics are more fun anyway ...)
