Yeouch. Having your entire psyche stripped naked, in front of someone you (secretly) love... gotta be seriously embarrassing and threatening. You can't even deny the truths that are spoken (at least, not with a straight face). Throwing up the "You're all crazy" defense isn't a terribly surprising response.

It reminds me a bit of Justin's reaction to Shelly's sphinx-ness, in a way. Too sensitive a subject, too abrupt a reveal... so, call 'er an ugly name like "freak" or "crazy" to de-value what you've just heard, and run away from the emotional threat.

As with Justin and Shelly, it's going to be crucial for Monica to choose the right way of reacting. Simply poiting Georgette back could easily make things much worse.

And, yeah, it sounds as if Georgette may very well blame herself for her parents' death in the plane crash... perhaps she asked them to take her to the modeling school, and she feels that makes her responsible for their deaths on that trip. That's a really lousy burden for a 12-year-old to take on.

If that's the case, this is bad... it's like a re-run of Monica's run in with a bus that wound up killing TIna. Running away from your troubles NEVER resolves anything and often times makes them worse. Unless of course Monica poits in front of her to keep her in the shop... In fact, the cat is out of the bag now... thanks to Tina's emergency call, M really doesn't have anything to lose at this poit... aaaaaaaaannnd of course it's the Friday cliff hanger so we won't see until Monday...

It was Monica, all Monica seeing past the facade. Georgettes feeling are real and Monica picked them up. She doesn't want to admit to them either from the looks of it.

Georgette needs some time to chew on these revelations. Harsh Psychologic Deconstruction tends to do that.

Tina's blabbering, and M's outburst are kind of a purge-therapy that Georgette needed. Unpleasant as she may find it at first. She'll have to admit that she has shut-away too much. And that tends to bite One in the ass..

pffft.. all these high-strung emotions, tiring ,all of that (and máyyyybe a tad too close for comfort tbh. ). I, personally, prefer the way Bud's "crush" was handled (I truly miss her antics)

By the by : "She's a walking Romantic Movement" made me go . Tina.. gotta luv'er. It's about time she (they?) get someone to care for, or care for her (them? sheesh.. this is confusing) She, they, deserve it.

Well. THAT just happened.

Even if the door is locked and they try to reason with her, it may be too much too soon...like Tina says, she's a walking Romantic Movement, so there's bound to be drama, miscues, misunderstandings, etc. But given how quickly exposed Jet has become, it will probably be a very long time before she's able to face Monica again...

I'm glad that the forum, if not Georgette, remembers that Tina locked the door.

Do you think Georgette has remembered that she's met Monica before?

If those are fire code approved doors for a restaurant she'll be able to get out even if they're locked. You just can't get in.

I would still say Georgette was the transmission source, even if she was unaware of it. Tina and Monica were both receivers, but each in their own separate manners.

Fire Code approved doors are for the emergency exits. Not the main entrance. Especially on older businesses. If you look you will see that most stores front doors do not have quick release handles on them and are lockable. The workers are the ones who get the fire code protection in most stores. lol.
