That's it...I teared up. Dammit, Paul, you're going to ruin my curmudgeonly reputation!

To me, this was the payoff for this long, wonderful story arc. Of course we have one more day to go this week and we don't know how Atsali will respond, but it is now my fondest wish for Friday to be all three headed for Wapsi Square!

Kath took the additional twist of Castela better than I expected, though I'd say another adventure is juuuuuust beginning! Adventures in Parenting!

And we'll have one movie of the week happy ending to go please, with a large portion of schmaltz.

And Paul side steps all the drama and hard choices. Then wraps up all the potential problems in one fell swoop. Let's say yea for both the kids.

Apparently MIB knows more about what is going on in the orphanage than we thought and briefed Kathy about it before taking her there.

Looks like most upskirts on broadcast television, too little to be intentional.

Castela was starting to get cracks in her face in the first panel, but Kath stepped right up. Katherine Gilchrist just might be my new favorite character! Is Paul maybe thinking fo branching out with another strip? Hard to see how Kath could go back to being a mousey museum worker after this.

So, so nice! I hope she can handle the new family additions, will she have to get a new place to accommodate them?

Well, Katherine did say she wanted an adventure. Looks like shes got a great one --- for Life. Katherine Gilchrist. Atsali Gilchrist, Castela Gilchrist, yup, it works.

I'm pretty sure Mon still works at the museum, and she's one of the most powerful beings in this comic. Think of it as a superhero-secret-identity sort of thing: Mousey museum worker by day, Ass-kicking Adventurer by night.
