Here's hoping that the bitchasaurus, and the computer download end up in different crystals, and that Kath and Atsali end up in neither!
(My guess is that the Nu Gui ended up in the crystal that Atsali placed in/near the stargate in the next room, and is now stuck in the same condition that the Etheitians were - aware but unable to act or escape)

Well well. Props to those who called it: The Etheitian memories are to be siphoned out of Atsali's brain & into a crystal - for which the Bibliothiki will be all to happy to provide safekeeping.
That Brandi. Clever girl.

Pratt could.

Is the gate able to separate the computer from Atsali's mind? I don't think the Ethetians are in there... if I remember correctly, Atsali said they were free now after she discharged the system...
http://wapsisquare.com/comic/escaped-through-me/
She also said that they were crazy before they went into the crystals and got worse inside the crystals from the sound of it. Here:
http://wapsisquare.com/comic/self-destruct-device/
That strip also confirmed the World Grid was not only to stop the elder Gods from getting to Earth, but to stop the knowledge of how to create golems and Chimeras from reaching earth as well (I'm assuming it takes the intervention of an elder god to make it work).
With Lily having Kath and Atsali enter the gate, I have to wonder if she has the knowledge to strip the computer memory from Atsali. SDO said that Lily wasn't that knowledgeable about things, only having placed buffer crystals near some of the gates. It sounds like the Mapimi library was the main control for the computer which is now destroyed along with all but the Nu Gui's new home and a few other crystals scattered about. Still, knowing what she knows about what the heck the gates were used for, if I were Kath, I wouldn't go anywhere near a gate at this point... Think about it... Some of you were worried about Atsali somehow winding up with the Nu Gui...
What if Lily did?
Wouldn't the first thing you did be to get the only other known Anasazi to enter a gate to shunt her wherever in the world would kill her?

But the minute she sticks her hand into Sali's cleavage Sali is going to say, "What's wrong with you?'I'm a good girl I am!'

One buffer crystal would not be enough to hold all the knowledge that is in Sali's head at this time. While the ethians were set free all their information went into Sali. That is a lot of data. The crystal may be intended to hold Sali is stasis until the library can bring her out and remove the data in her head.
Kinda funny how Lilly has gone from clueless to know-it-all. She arrived in Mesa Verdi without an idea of what was going on. Now she not only has a clue but is leading in taking action to fix things. Where did this sudden change come from? It can't be just the recovery of some of her memory. In fact this side of her is a complete break from her personality that we've seen so far ever since we met her. It helps the story line but it isn't really consistant with who we've seen Lilly being in th epast.

There is something I have noticed in the real world that answers this. I have known many people that when exposed to something from their past for long enough they start to remember things from 40 years ago that they had completely forgotten even languages. Now apply that to a 5,000 year old.

While that is true on recovered memories, it will not induce a sudden personality change. Lilly suddenly goes from low-level vamp who just tries to keep her BBF butt out of trouble to Okay everyone we do it this way and takes charge.

okay first dave get outta my mind, you dont want to be in there its it hasnt had a good cleaning over 1000 years, second i think the stargate will purge the computer from bird girl since she showing bai's glyph in her eyes so i am thinking that she will come and pick up the both crystals o witch they will be stored in and maybe thrown into a sun or maybe thrown into a black hole...

This is not unprecedented. Pratt seems to be the type who stays quiet until crunch-time, at which point the discipline kicks in and she kicks ass where needed - a trait she apparently
shares with Kath. Like 1/6 mother,
like daughter.

Think about it... Some of you were worried about Atsali somehow winding up with the Nu Gui...

On your first point... I interpret what Atsali said as being "The Etheitians were insanely obsessed, as a society, with the idea of creating a golem army and making more Chimeras. Brandi sold them on the idea of setting up the World Grid to keep the Elder Gods away so the Gods couldn't interfere, but the real motivation behind the Grid was to set off the Kikai eruption and enable Oduya to trick the Etheitians into all fleeing into storage. This enabled Oduya to destroy the Etheitians themselves, and the technology in whose pursuit the Lanthians had caused her death, in a single scam."
So, I think there are two senses of "crazy" in use here. The Etheitians were originally crazy in the same general sense as the German Nazis prior to and during WW II - socially obsessed with a "groupthink" idea of world domination through terrible means, and heedless of the possible consequences. They were crazy (likely psychotic) in a different sense after thousands of years of conscious solitary confinement in storage. In neither sense would they have made comfortable dinner-table companions!
As to Lily and the Nu Gui... how/when would there have been an opportunity for this possession to take place? Only way I can see it happening, is if the "Nu Gui turns into a gruesome baby doll and is thupped into the stargate and into storage" event was completely misleading, and this was somehow the evil spirit being released and it took over Lily in that instant. I don't buy it, at least not yet... no supporting evidence.
I'd expect that if Bud knew enough about the stargate's functions to prime Atsali and Katherine on how to install a storage crystal and use the gate as a ghost-vacuum, she'd be careful to tell them how to avoid putting the silly thing in reverse and spraying infectious pollen-laden ectoplasm all around the room!

One crystal is not enough to store everything... however Brandi has been placing crystals throughout the stargate network and all of those will (probably) be able to take the burden. But our young lady will need a lot of love to recover from the scars this will leave in her. SDO was the ChessMaster, but so, as we are learning, is Brandi; and a battle between two Chessmasters is brutal.
