Y'know, when this Adventure is over, I think Atsali is going to qualify for a set of new and spicier cuss-phrases. She's due to graduate out of the diaper-reference class.

I'd even go so far as to say that we ought to dedicate a month's worth of Pun Jar contributions to buying her a few books (of the sort that the Library might not let her see yet) worth of really inventive blasphemies and obscenities. Not that she has to use them, of course, but she'd probably get a kick of of reading classics such as the Sixty Sequential Sacreliges of Tsao Tsao.

That is, of course, assuming that she and Katherine survive. Jumping for the stargate... well, that was a bit too obvious and easy.

I'm assuming that was the physical location indicator and/or control of the Star Gate into this pocket dimension.

Atsali is becoming quite the master of understatement. And, way to go Kath. Standing there bawling her out for not mentioning the self destruct thingy first, wasting their last few precious seconds to escape via that stargate. Now is the time for Brandi to poit to the rescue. Surely she has some way to know when the auto-destruct is activated. Of course there may also be an auto-poit like mechanism to get corporeal beings out of there. Brandi just wants to destroy the former residents of the crystals and not anyone else who just happens to be in there, maybe? Jin was able to do remote poiting of people as desired. Brandi may be able to do the same. In any event, I doubt this is the end for either of our intrepid duo.

I can't says that I'm surprised by Katherine being upset at finding out about the self destruct fail safe after the fact.

Not 100% sure, but it makes sense. Kath has had a bit of a sailor's mouth for the past little while - something that Atsali has been quick to point out.
