Shifting gears from funny to awesome: a Batman styled motorcycle helmet.

This seriously makes me want to buy a motorcycle just to have an excuse to get one of these things. Available here.

I'm not awake yet, because I saw this as a Crimson Mantis helmet, complete with different paintjob.
Yanno how some people have Angels/Devils for a conscience? I have a Dark Elf ShadowKnight and a Half Elf Ranger for mine. The really bad part is when they agree on something.

Very cool, and bound to draw lots of admiring stares. However, your vehicle-insurance company will insist on adding a rider to your policy. They won't provide medical liability coverage for injuries you cause by skewering somebody during an accident.

Now, the Mickey Mouse helmet with the big floppy ears... that one doesn't have that particular risk. Neither does the "Cubby" (shaped alot like the Mickey Mouse, but painted green and textured to make your head look like a big floret of Broccoli).

NOOO!! :cry: ...oh, wait. I misread that. Never mind.

Anyhow, that's some interesting tunage. I wouldn't have guessed "Battle Hymn of the Republic" would work so well, jazzed up.

I've been listening to Father Tom's version Saturday nights for at least years (the Saturday 9-to-midnight jazz program on WABE-FM uses it as its opening theme) and this is the first time i've been able to actually find a good track of it.

The Herbie Mann, OTOH, i've owned ever since it came out on vinyl in the 70s.

Another program i haven't managed to catch in years on local public radio (WRFG, which doesn't come way up here in the hills, and i'm never in town to catch it on Sunday nights) "Friday Night at Fox's Minstrel Show on Sunday", uses this little ditty.

Hey Fairportfan, check it out;

http://kcsm.org/jazz91/

Click on the 'Listen Now' link, Streaming Jazz around the Planet 24/7.

We used to have a station called KJAZ but when the owner folded his tent at least he sent the library over to the KCSM guys.

This costs about $60 in the US:

Japanese pro rassler builds one.

19-year-old girl builds one.

They're cheating a little bit - the "guest assemblers" get the parts already off the sprues they come on:
