Soooo, Wolverine is a more "realistic" depiction of Yosemite Sam?!
Well, except for a couple of eh's instead of y'alls....
And, last I checked, Y. Sam's weapons of choice were two six-guns, not built-in foot-long claws.

On a slightly different note: It has been pointed out that Nudge was several hundred miles north when Tina 1.0 was killed. But a relatively short time later, she was able to take over Tina's body and move her out of the morgue. How did she cover that distance? She can't poit, so haow does she move long distances? Just wonderin'.
I suspect she may have had help. Maybe not Tepoz, but someone else.

Since Nudge is apparently Coyote, she clearly knows how to morph into a canine form. It's not that far a stretch to think that she can morph into a closely-related canine form... one which is celebrated for travel through the sky and is capable of warping Time itself. A few hundred miles in instants would be no trouble at all for one in that shape.

"I want to fly like a beagle, into the future.."

OK, I'm tired and being excessively silly. I don't think we know the answer to your question, except in the general sense that Nudge is known to be a demigod and presumably has access to tricks that mortals do not.

A friend of mine calls that particular anatomical area "The Magical Bag".
Also known as The Back Pocket. In Toon: the Roelplaying Game You can pull pretty much anything out of it - if it follows The Rule of Funny.

And for the visual pun, you must make a visual deposit to the Pun Jar - The Looney Toons Collection 1035 - 1956 should be sufficient.

I thought Tepoz taught Nudge to POIT? Or is she just a 'student driver' and needs someone "Riding Shotgun"?

I have posed the theory before that you need some knowlege of Glyph to teleport. Only those we've seen speak Glyph have shown the teleport skill. Bud, Brandi, Jin, May and Monica.
The exception is Kulkukan, who we didn't see speak glyph, or actually how he arrived...

Wow, this week has been one of the best reads ever, for this comic. Wonder how long Pablo can keep the momentum going.

Yeah, I'm still here. I just can't comment as easily from work as I used to with the old format. Paranoia prevents me from saving my login info to the computer here at work and I keep forgetting what I set my login info to. >.< Yeah, I sent myself an email so I could look it up, but I keep forgetting where I put it ...

At least I'm consistent?

Well Nudge is a known trickster.
I cant avoid to think she set up a net in advance to catch her fall or something like that.

I'm really surprised that Phix stopped at the window. After all, she can fly, and in the mindless pursuit, I think she would have just kept going after Nudge. She might have had the same realization on the way down, but I don't think she would have stopped.
Even if she does save Nudge, she might bring her back just to beat the crap out of her.

And this strip has started the longest weekend of my liiiife. Not only a cliff-flying end to the week, but my boyfriend has left for Texas for two weeks because of his job. -flailing- I can only hope that Monday brings better days, at least in strip.

I think that doesn't happen until after Thanksgiving. At least in the Dallas Metroplex area, anyways...

Phix will save Nudge in whatever fashion the situation dictates, and the first thing she'll say is, "Are you trying to kill yourself?!?!"
