I'm currently posting from 'Downtown' (re: the Library, where there is more bandwidth) and I was debating on stopping by the Market.
Now I'm going to be looking for the Frozen, Bake-at-Home Pretzels (if any) they might have there...
If not, I do have some yeast packets and a whole bag of flour back at Base Camp, I
could look up a recipe...

Bake and eat Pretzels in the freezer. But I had to go anyway.
I think you should look for a specific recipe, not just
A recipe....
Just sayin'...

It's supposed to be over the top hot and tasty, but is sadly just tasty, and not hot enough
for me. It leaves a pleasant warmth behind.
Warning: if you can't stand heat, don't try it, it's probably too durn hot for most. I'm just crazy when it comes to fire.
Threw some on an omelet for breakfast with some sourdough toast with lemon curd and a piping hot cuppa Lapsang Souchong Rooibos Chai blend.
Toldja I like fire...
Edit: it's the first time I ever put salsa on an egg.

He's teasing me about my breakfast choice. On that matter, this NWI gal does not like salsa on her eggs.

I have Texan friends who said cheesy omelets with salsa are good, so I decided to try it.
The salsa was better turned into a dip warmed with a bit of jack cheese and some Bulgarian yogurt mixed in.
It still wasn't quite as hot as I wanted, but not quite baby food.
I need to remember to shake the jar before opening next time if I get it again.

They
are good...ifin you can find a salsa with the right flavor/kick ratio. It's just easier for most of us.

How did you get to 18 without ever putting salsa on an egg?

If you think that Ketsup is spicy- you might be a yankee
If you think BBQ Sauce is a food group, you might be a redneck
If you drown EVERYTHING in SALSA- YOU is a TEXAN!

I drown everything in salsa...or ranch...or both...or occasionally gravy if there isn't a decent salsa or ranch alternative. My name is Julie, and I'm a Texan.

Catsup is mawkishly sweet...and salty...
Barbeque is horribly vinegary...unless I make it myself...
Salsa is okay if they skip the raw onions...and add some darn heat...
I'm Dinky...
AND I'M A YANKEE! Quit being confused.

And, if you like barbecue and ketchup combined over bratwurst, you're a Cheesehead.

I like Wisconsin cheese on my bratwurst.
Heck, I used to make weekend trips into Wisconsin for cheeses(swiss cheese and provolone mostly) because my Mother was particular about certain cheeses from there that seemed...less tasty when bought off the coldcuts case in the local deli. My sister likes the brie(that she baked in various ways).
Seriously. Sent me with coolers, gave me cash for gas, ice, and the cheeses...almost as bad as sending me on Saturday to the Korean market on Kimball in Chicago during morning rush.
Still a Yankee...
