In another comic I read there are three characters that can do that within a certain range. One has a variety of male and female forms immediately available, not all of which are strictly human and some of which are strictly non-human. Another can do pretty much any human female form plus one human male form. And the third has a possibly-limited number of human female forms and one-or-maybe-more human male form.
